• Finex Video Tellers are new staff working out of our East Hartford office. They work side by side with our more experienced staff and management. 
• Ownership did not change. We have the same staffing plus more to grow. 
• The video solution developed as members rapidly moved to mobile banking while decreasing trips to the branch for transactions. 
• Privacy and phone support are being improved upon.
